From ordinary to spectacular-
After letting our lawn die in order to do our part to save water during the drought, we dreamed of a beautiful new front yard that would include a new driveway and walkway made of pavers, low-water plants and water conserving irrigation. Bella Terra had just completed a new yard for a neighbor, and after watching that process there was no question that we wanted Carl and his most efficient crew to be the ones to create our new landscape. From day one we were impressed by how quickly, neatly and efficiently they all worked together to completely transform our yard from ordinary to spectacular. Every day we have passers-by stop and stare and even take pictures of our new landscape, using terms like gorgeous, awesome, and amazing to describe our yard. I was referred to Carl Franco of Bella Terra Landscape by a friend – who was also referred to Bella Terra from her friend, so I am writing this referral on behalf of all 3 of us who would highly recommend Carl of Bella Terra Landscape.
I interviewed several landscape contractors before selecting Carl and I could tell from our first meeting that Carl was very experienced, thoughtful and conscientious. For example, he took into account other details of the project, such as potential drainage issues, scale and artistic composition that the other contractors had not even mentioned.
Then, when the project was underway, Carl’s project management skills were superb. His crew showed up on time, materials were delivered on time, the project was completed on time and within the allotted budget. Any changes or additions to the project were thoroughly discussed.
In conclusion, I believe Carl was personally invested in my project. He wanted the end result to be as awesome as I did which meant there was much more to it than just getting the job done and collecting installment payments. So in my mind, that is the epitome of a true professional and someone you will truly enjoy working with.

I was referred to Bella Terra Landscape by my local nursery where I had also found a landscape architect, who has worked for many years with Carl Franco of Bella Terra Landscape. After obtained (sic) the landscape plans I called Carl Franco. Carl immediately returned my phone call and we met a short time later to discuss the project plans. My goal was to landscape my back yard. The work started on time and was completed promptly and professionally. Carl was there every day of the project and continually kept me abreast of the progress, there was no time or material wasted. He suggested a few additions to the project that actually improved the overall look and appeal.
I was so pleased with the backyard landscape project that I had Carl re-landscape my front yard also. My neighbors have given me many compliments on the finished project. I have been wanting to landscape my yard for many years and finally had it done and I'm very pleased I had Bella Terra Landscape do the work. I had Carl Franco Landscape perform the installation of my designed landscape for both my front and back yards in September 2006. It was a great experience.
Carl and his crew are very professional. They completed the job in a timely manner. Carl provided additional input to the design, which did enhance the final product. Carl came back to make sure that everything was working right. When I called with questions, he would respond and even stop by to make sure things were correct.
Carl coordinated the two sub contractors for the cement work and decking. He followed up to make sure the work was completed correctly.
